Measures put in place by Dot Dot Dot

Travel and commercial services have become more restricted, and we are expecting formal restrictions on work and movement to be put in place over the coming days. As a result, we are now focusing on implementing the most restricted level of our plans. This focuses on maintaining safe occupation across our properties, while minimising non-critical contact and travel.

Details of how we are managing our operations over the coming weeks and months are available online. You’ll see that we are continuing to develop ways to ensure the safety of our team, our guardians and the buildings that you entrust to us for close and careful management.

We hope too that our guardians can continue to be a force for good at this time. We are supporting those who can continue to volunteer to find appropriate opportunities. Many are already diverting their volunteering efforts and energy locally within the communities where we operate.

Current status of properties

All of our property inspections for March have been completed, and we have also completed detailed property condition audits over the last few weeks. As a result, we are in a confident position

Information that you can provide

We know that all of our clients are implementing their own contingency plans, and that this means changes to your systems and ways of working.

Please let us know if there are any changes to the way that we should handle emergency communications or issues affecting your properties or residents during this period.

Please let us know if you are aware of vulnerabilities or risk issues affecting your properties that we need to account for in our planning.

We look forward to working with you over the coming months by email, phone and web and face-to-face again in future.

In the meantime, we hope that you, your colleagues and families stay safe and well.
