Guardian feedback – you said, we did.

Following recent feedback from guardians, here are a few things we’ve been working on.

We hold regular meetings to discuss the feedback we receive from our guardian surveys. Following each meeting we post a blog to let you know what improvements we are making to our service. Here’s this month’s update:

  • We asked current guardians for their top tips on how to make the most of a guardianship with Dot Dot Dot – check out the blog here
  • We’re continuing to send a monthly volunteering newsletter to all guardians, including volunteering opportunities and great examples of volunteering from the previous month. We also share lots of volunteering opportunities on our Twitter and Facebook pages, as well as all the property pages on our website, plus we have some great resources for you to explore here
  • We will be trialling Guardian Surgeries over the next few months. It’s a chance for you to drop in and chat with your Relationship Coordinator, and also meet some other guardians too. Our first surgeries went down well in Shoreham-by-Sea and High Barnet, so keep an eye out for one in your area soon

We’ll continue to keep you updated with what we are putting into place by posting a blog following our guardian feedback meetings. You can read last month’s update here.
