We have a number of flats in Micklefield, High Wycombe. The properties are all under 20 minutes by bus from the town centre and provide convenient access to the scenic Chiltern Hills. High Wycombe is also within seven minutes’ drive of the M40 and provides excellent connections into central London and Oxford in just 45 minutes.

The property
Features and facilities: Large windows flood the spacious properties in plenty of natural light, and bedrooms allow plenty of room for double beds. We house a number of brilliant property guardians in all of our High Wycombe locations, and so our properties have the added advantage of sitting within an existing Dot Dot Dot community. You can also redecorate however you choose.
Outdoor space: High Wycombe is peppered with many green squares and parks, with highlights including The Rye. Here you can discover plenty of wildlife and even hire rowing boats for a peaceful day on the water. There’s also a working watermill to discover, where you can relax in their café and enjoy cakes made using their own flour. The park also provides access to Wycombe Rye Lido. This heated outdoor pool is perfect to use all year round and offers a range of exercise classes to enjoy!
The town is surrounded by The Chilterns which are easily accessible by train in just 20 minutes. Taking the train one stop to Saunderton places you at the heart of the hills from where you can discover walking trails, picturesque historic villages, and country pubs to quench your thirst after a day’s hike.
Parking/bike storage: You can store your bike inside the property. Parking is available on streets nearby but a parking permit will be needed.

The high street
In the heart of the town, you’ll find Eden Shopping Centre and high street stores including Next; Superdrug; Sports Direct; House of Fraser; Waterstones; The Body Shop; Marks and Spencer; H&M; Clarks; Poundland and Primark.
The area also offers access to a wide range of supermarkets including a Tesco superstore; Sainsbury’s and Aldi. There is also a Rush hairdressers, High Wycombe Library; Wilko; B&M; a post office and a wide range of banks.
Arts and leisure
For an evening with your favourite comedian or bestselling author, Wycombe Swan theatre can deliver. Located in the town centre, they offer a wide range of national and international arts performances to enjoy. For all things creative in the local community, Wycombe Arts Centre has a vast array of performances to offer, from open mic nights to touring theatre shows – they also hold regular events including their Sunday Jam, film screenings, pottery workshops and an art club. They have a great cafe space with a licenced bar, as well as a theatre room, garden, recording studio and green room.
There are plenty of sport and fitness facilities across the town, including Anytime Fitness gym; bowling, lawn tennis and cricket clubs; several yoga studios and Wycombe Leisure Centre. Here you will find a swimming pool offering aquatic classes; a wide range of sports on offer including squash, tennis, climbing and netball; health and wellbeing sessions and a fully equipped gym complete with personal trainers.
High Wycombe is well-serviced by bus routes across the town meaning you are never more than 20 minutes away from accessing the town centre. High Wycombe train station provides excellent access into The Chiltern Hills as well as central London. Marylebone station is only 45 minutes’ train ride away. Oxford city centre is also 45 minutes away by train.

Collecting & sorting donated furniture
Central Aid Furniture are a really great charity who supply second hand furniture and electrical goods to those on low incomes and in need. Volunteering is varied from sorting through donations, working in the shop and helping keep the website updated. -
Litter picking, gardening and overseeing youth gardening groups
Chiltern Rangers work with local communities to maintain local woodlands, commons, parks and other green areas in the Chiltern area. -
Wycombe Homeless Connection
Help run the overnight shelters, administrate the opening of showering and food facilities for homeless in the local area.
Fees and costs
- Studio flats: £430pcm for sole occupancy or £280pcm per person for couples sharing.
- 1-beds: £585pcm for sole occupancy or £293pcm per person for couples sharing.
- 2-beds: £665pcm for sole occupancy or £333pcm per person for couples sharing.
- 2.5-beds: £690pcm for sole occupancy or £345pcm per person for couples sharing.
- Refundable security payment (equivalent of five weeks’ fees): £323-796
- Fees include council tax and exclude utilities.
- No hidden costs, service charges or admin fees.
Dot Dot Dot undertakes a licence fee review every twelve months. Broadly, any increases will be based on the rate of inflation at the time of review, but they will also take into account any specific changes in our costs or in the local market. We also look at changes to council tax rates and utilities. Current guardians will be given at least two month’s notice before their licence fees change and new guardians will not face changes for at least six months. Sharer fees set at 50% of the total monthly licence fee will be reviewed after six months.
