We’re currently looking for flexible and reliable people with a can-do-attitude to join our new community as guardians in West Ealing. Spaces are £40- £70 a week for people over the age of 21 with no dependents or pets. You will need to have a source of employment to cover the fee.

We can provide affordable accommodation in exchange for guardians:

• making a formerly empty property more homely
• giving 16 hours a month to a charitable cause of their choice.

Property guardians live in vacant buildings on a temporary basis, in order to take care of them until they can be brought back into use. Providing this service allows us to deliver:

• reliable security to landlords
• inexpensive housing and support for volunteering to guardians
• social impact to local communities.
