Relationship Manager
As our Relationship Manager, Tom manages our guardians and liaises with our clients. He ensures that our service delivery is aligned with our values, and that our projects and internal processes are effective.
Tom has extensive experience in the retail industry. He’s great at trouble-shooting and managing a team. As a store manager for 21 years, Tom has worked across the UK from London to Aberdeen. In his spare time, he enjoys giving back to his local community. He’s previously volunteered at youth clubs, churches and soup kitchens. He also DJs on the side, and has curated live music events in aid of mental health charities.
