Excited about volunteering and looking for an affordable place to live in West London? We have places available right now! Email us today for viewings.

We’re currently looking for flexible and reliable people with a can-do-attitude to join our new community as guardians in West Ealing. Spaces are £40- £70 a week for people over the age of 21 with no dependents or pets. You will need to have a source of employment to cover the fee.

We can provide affordable accommodation in exchange for guardians:

making a formerly empty property more homely
giving 16 hours a month to a charitable cause of their choice.

Property guardians live in vacant buildings on a temporary basis, in order to take care of them until they can be brought back into use. Providing this service allows us to deliver:

reliable security to landlords
inexpensive housing and support for volunteering to guardians
social impact to local communities.
