Careers

Dot Dot Dot team members use their time and energy to help improve lives in a housing crisis. In return, we offer purposeful roles, opportunities for growth and a good work-life balance, which we achieve with a hybrid, flexible working policy.

We are currently recruiting for two new roles within our field team – a property viewings assistant and a property and guardian assistant.

Property viewings assistant

You’ll support our core team, running property viewings across London and the South-east for potential guardians, explaining our work and what being a guardian means.

Our property viewings assistants represent the face of Dot Dot Dot on the ground, and act as ambassadors of our values and brand at all times – they are friendly, act professionally and have a genuine enthusiasm for meeting people and delivering excellent service.

Culture

We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed, and able to contribute their unique talents and insights.

Whatever your role at Dot Dot Dot, you’ll be encouraged to create a training and development plan to enhance your career.

Flexible working

We don’t believe in a one-size fits all approach when it comes to work. Although we have core hours, you can flex your start and finish to suit you – whether you want to kick off the day in the gym, or pick the kids up in the afternoon.

Staff benefits

We offer a number of staff benefits including a cycle to work scheme and cultural benefits programme. If you’re a fan of Tate Modern or Britain, for example, you’ll get a discount on an annual membership.
