Careers

Dot Dot Dot team members use their time and energy to help improve lives in a housing crisis. In return, we offer purposeful roles, opportunities for growth and a good work-life balance, which we achieve with a hybrid, flexible working policy.

Service Coordinator

Our service coordinators are critical in ensuring delivery of Dot Dot Dot’s service and social mission.

As a service coordinator, you will be at the heart of our business, managing projects and working directly with communities of guardians and property owners. You will manage guardians throughout their time as a property guardian. You will have oversight of the properties and use a combination of operational diligence to ensure effective engagement with our guardians and clients to ensure that projects are run safely and successfully, and that they support our social mission.

Please see the job pack for further information.

Complete you application via the online recruitment platform, Applied.

We use Applied’s recruitment platform to select the best candidates based on talent and skill and to avoid unconscious bias in our selection processes.

Our team, gathered together

Your learning and development

We want everyone at Dot Dot Dot to learn and develop, and to feel supported in their work. We value the contribution of everyone who works with us and welcome feedback, ideas and curiosity across the organisation.

This includes invitations to discover our work at quarterly away days, and access to a range of training opportunities such as Excel skills, Mental Health First Aid Training, and First Aid at Work. Everyone at Dot Dot Dot completes Insights Discovery, a psychometric tool that helps you learn more about your behaviours and preferences at work.

We run appraisals twice a year, supported by a personal development plan that helps you reflect on progress, set goals, and identify learning priorities. To make progression clear and transparent, we set out defined competencies for each role level so you can understand what’s expected and how to move to the next stage in your career.

Previous Dot Dot Dot colleagues have moved on to roles at Sainsbury’s Nectar, Habitat for Humanity, PVH Corp and Share Community.

We are an accredited London Living Wage Employer.

Flexible working

We don’t believe in a one-size fits all approach when it comes to work. Although we have core hours, you can flex your start and finish to suit you – whether you want to kick off the day in the gym, or pick the kids up in the afternoon.

Staff benefits

We offer a number of staff benefits including a cycle to work scheme and cultural benefits programme. If you’re a fan of Tate Modern or Britain, for example, you’ll get a discount on an annual membership. Some of our colleagues become guardians themselves – and benefit from a discount on monthly licence fees.
