We are regeneration experts in the sector. From commercial buildings to residential flats, we have years of experience in a range of contexts, working closely and building long standing relationships with local authorities.

Since our first partnership with Poplar HARCA in 2011, we have worked with housing associations across London and the South East to deliver property guardianship with purpose through periods of regeneration. During times of change, our property guardians retain a sense of community and contribute to wider placemaking efforts.

We have a broad experience of working with property developers to provide vacant property management through housing property guardians. We can support the redevelopment process by flexing around timeframes, providing access when needed and keeping you abreast of any repairs or issues.

Our commitment to social value has enabled us to collaborate with trusts, charities and other meanwhile use providers across England, in line with our clients’ social aims and objectives. With our guardians volunteering for at least 16 hours per month, we’re uniquely suited to working alongside charities and trusts. Beyond caring for the property, we can direct our guardians towards our clients’ voluntary projects and help support existing residents.
