The Property Ombudsman Scheme
We are members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme. The Property Ombudsman is an independent body set up to protect consumers from unfair practice. Being a member demonstrates our commitment to high standards, best practice and delivering a fair, transparent and quality service.
Our innovative security model won the Security Excellence Award in 2014, 2015 and 2016, and we featured on Nesta’s 2014 New Radicals list. In 2016 we were the London Region Winner of the UK Private Business Awards and we were shortlisted for the 24 Housing Awards. In 2017 we have been shortlisted for the Women in Housing Awards under the Best Marketing or Promotional Campaign category and shortlisted in the Social Enterprise category for the UK Private Business Awards. Dot Dot Dot Founder, Katharine Hibbert, was included on the WISE100: 2018 list and recognised as one of the leading women in social enterprise. We were featured in the Big Issue’s 2019 Top 100 Changemakers.
