How to become a property guardian

Being a property guardian is different from renting privately, and the process to become a Dot Dot Dot guardian reflects this.

Our application process

  1. Curious to learn more? Watch our ‘Introduction to Dot Dot Dot‘ video to help you decide if guardianship is right for you.
  2. Fill in your details, and we’ll email you an online application form. If successful, you’ll be invited to book onto one of our group property viewings.
  3. Like a property at the viewing? Just let us know you’re interested.
  4. We’ll arrange a telephone interview to chat through guardianship, your application and our properties.
  5. If we’re a good fit, we’ll offer you the property and conduct an advanced credit and reference check through our trusted third-party provider, LetHQ.
  6. Now we’re good to go! It’s time to save money, meet our other guardians and make a difference. We can’t wait to welcome you to our guardian community.
