How to become a property guardian
Being a property guardian is different from renting privately, and the process to become a Dot Dot Dot guardian reflects this.
Our application process
- Curious to learn more? Watch our ‘Introduction to Dot Dot Dot‘ video to help you decide if guardianship is right for you.
- Fill in your details, and we’ll email you an online application form. If successful, you’ll be invited to book onto one of our group property viewings.
- Like a property at the viewing? Just let us know you’re interested.
- We’ll arrange a telephone interview to chat through guardianship, your application and our properties.
- If we’re a good fit, we’ll offer you the property and conduct an advanced credit and reference check through our trusted third-party provider, LetHQ.
- Now we’re good to go! It’s time to save money, meet our other guardians and make a difference. We can’t wait to welcome you to our guardian community.
