1- and 2-bed flats near High Barnet station EN5 Coming Soon

A new guardian community

Dot Dot Dot will be offering housing in High Barnet soon. We are looking forward to creating a great community of property guardians, all of whom benefit from more affordable housing while they look after the buildings where they live.

Our guardians will also support the neighbourhood and become part of the local community through their volunteering for good causes:

“I chose to be a guardian because I love the idea that you are part of a community in such a large city” Jasmine (Peckham)

“I have been living in the area for longer than a year and I have friends here and we help each other. I like that. It makes me feel as if I have been living in the area for ever.” Esther (High Wycombe)

“I feel like I have gotten to know the area well, joining in on local community events and using community spaces, making connections with local residents.” Miriam (Poplar)

Longer-term opportunity

It is the start of a long and complex regeneration programme, so this is a chance to build and shape a long-term property guardian community. Buildings will become available and be handed back in phases, so there should be opportunities to move locally for several years.
