The properties
Spaces: We have a range of 1-bed, and 1.5-bed self-contained flats. The properties consist of a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom. The 1.5-beds have a double bedroom and another room to use as a study, studio or for storage.
Features and facilities: All properties benefit from large windows flooding the properties in plenty of natural light. The rooms themselves are spacious and some of the flats have balconies.
Parking: There are many on street parking spots available, however, a permit is required.

Parks and nature reserves
The area is leafy and you will find a spacious green under five minutes away from the properties. The wide open spaces of Southmere Park are a short 10 minute stroll, and within half an hour’s walk you can reach Crossness Nature Reserve.
If you head in the opposite direction, a walk through Lesnes Abbey Woods Local Nature Reserve will leave you feeling far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Its many woodlands and nature trails are perfect for enjoying the warmer months ahead. Here you can also visit the remains of Lesnes Abbey, a former cathedral.
Local shops and services
Within 10 minutes’ walk you’ll reach a large Lidl and Sainsbury’s, as well as Thamesmead Gym, Abbey Wood surgery and dental clinics, a chemist and Thamesmead Library. The area is well served by regular bus links towards Plumstead and Woolwich, reached within 15-30 minutes. These bustling high streets are lined with bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants.
Top picks are The Taproom just off Station Way, Woolwich, offering craft ales and stone baked pizzas; Fusion Woolwich for fresh Chinese food made to order; French artisan bakery and patisserie, Boulangerie Jade on Major Draper Street and Dial Arch, a lovingly restored 18th century armoury now serving craft ales and gastro bites.

Thames 21
You can get involved in river clean-ups, leading groups to tidy areas around the Thames. They're really focused on making a positive impact on the environment. -
Crossness Engines
The site is a historic victorian pumping station that provides educational days out for school children as well as preserving an important piece of history. A mix of gardening, event coordination and more specialised volunteering are all welcome.
Fees and costs
- 1-bed flats: £640pcm, or £416pcm per person for couples looking to share.
- 1.5-bed flats: £670pcm, or £436pcm per person for couples looking to share.
- Refundable security payment (equivalent of five weeks’ fees): £465-715 depending on the property and how many people are living there.
- Prices exclude utilities and council tax.
- There are no other costs and fees.
Dot Dot Dot undertakes a licence fee review every twelve months. Broadly, any increases will be based on the rate of inflation at the time of review, but they will also take into account any specific changes in our costs or in the local market. We also look at changes to council tax rates and utilities. Current guardians will be given at least two month’s notice before their licence fees change and new guardians will not face changes for at least six months.
