Features and facilities: All properties benefit from large windows flooding the properties in plenty of natural light. The rooms themselves are spacious and some of the flats have balconies.

Parking: There are many on street parking spots available, however, a permit is required.

Please note that photos on this page represent the range of spaces we manage and do not necessarily depict the space you may move into. You will have an opportunity to see the flats at a later stage, at a private, or in-person group viewing.

Parks and nature reserves

The area is leafy and you will find a spacious green under five minutes away from the properties. The wide open spaces of Southmere Park are a short 10 minute stroll, and within half an hour’s walk you can reach Crossness Nature Reserve.

If you head in the opposite direction, a walk through Lesnes Abbey Woods Local Nature Reserve will leave you feeling far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Its many woodlands and nature trails are perfect  for enjoying the warmer months ahead. Here you can also visit the remains of Lesnes Abbey, a former cathedral.
