Our Oxford studio and 1-bed flats sit on the edge of Osney Marina on the River Thames and are just a ten-minute walk to the city centre. The property

Outdoor space: The properties sit on the edge of Osney Marina on the River Thames. The area offers picturesque riverside walks towards Oxpens Meadow and Grandpont Nature Park within ten minutes. Here, you can explore acres of woodland and footpaths to enjoy all year round.

Parking/bike storage: You can store your bike inside the property. There is free parking available just outside the properties.

Within a five minute walk you can reach the riverside and vegetarian pub, The Punter, where you’ll choose from a European/North African menu. Also close by is the Porterhouse Grill and Rooms, tucked away off the tourist trail. This classic steakhouse is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers an extensive wine and beer selection.

Fees & Costs

  • Studios: £580pcm for sole occupancy. We offer a discount to couples, working out at just £377pcm per person
  • 1-bed flats: £650pcm for sole occupancy, or £423pcm per person for couples
  • Large 1-bed flats: £690pcm for sole occupancy, or £449pcm per person for couples
  • Refundable security payment (equivalent of five weeks’ fees): from £435-796 depending on the property and how many people are living there
  • Fees include council tax and exclude all other utilities
  • No hidden costs, service charges or admin fees

Dot Dot Dot will undertake a review of our licence fees every twelve months. This includes council tax and utilities, where they are included in the monthly licence fee. In such instances, any increases in council tax and utilities will be passed onto our guardians.
