The property
Layout: In our 1-bed flats, you will have access to a double bedroom, open plan living room and kitchen, and bathroom. 2-bed properties have one double bedroom and an extra single room which can be used as a study, studio or storage space. The 2.5-bed maisonette boasts a spacious living room, kitchen and double bedroom, and has two smaller rooms upstairs which are perfect for office or storage spaces.
Outdoor space: In true ‘garden city’ style, you won’t want to miss striding out amongst the woodlands of Norton Common, a large local nature reserve perfect for stretching your legs on rambling weekend walks – and you might even spot some deer along the way.
Closer to the centre of town, you can enjoy taking a stroll in Broadway Gardens with its impressive fountain or visit Howard Park and Garden, created over 100 years ago as a central feature of the world’s first garden city. Particularly special during the spring for its bluebell woods, this green space is also a great spot to visit all year round for seasonal wildflowers and large open areas for relaxing with a good book and a picnic.

Love Letchworth
Letchworth Garden City hold numerous events all year round. Some of these events could not take place without the help of volunteers. Get involved to help keep Letchworth Garden City Town Centre a vibrant place for both residents and visitors. -
Best Before Cafe
The Best Before Cafe is run by volunteers that feel surplus or unsold supermarket food should not go into landfill. They hold a weekly pop up cafe and pay as you feel Food Boutique. Their aim is to reduce food waste, campaign to make the food system fairer and more sustainable, by supporting the local community.
Fees and costs
- 1-bed flats: £510pcm for sole occupancy or £255 per person for couples.
- 2-bed flats: £565pcm for sole occupancy or £283 per person for couples.
- 2.5-bed maisonette: £690pcm for sole occupancy or £449pcm per person for couples sharing.
- Refundable security payment (equivalent of 5 weeks’ fees): from £295-797pp depending on the property and how many people are living there.
- Prices include council tax, and exclude other utilities.
- No hidden costs, service charges or admin fees.
Dot Dot Dot undertakes a licence fee review every twelve months. Broadly, any increases will be based on the rate of inflation at the time of review, but they will also take into account any specific changes in our costs or in the local market. We also look at changes to council tax rates and utilities. Current guardians will be given at least two month’s notice before their licence fees change and new guardians will not face changes for at least six months. Sharer fees set at 50% of the total monthly licence fee will be reviewed after six months.
