The property
Layout: The properties have been decorated to a high standard, and consist of double bedrooms and a spacious open plan kitchen-living room. Large floor to ceiling windows flood the rooms in plenty of natural light and many provide picturesque views overlooking the Grand Union Canal.
Outdoor space: You’re a minute away from the peaceful and idyllic Grand Union Canal Walk, which takes you towards the countryside of Colne Valley Regional Park. Rockingham Recreation Ground and Fassnidge Park are also within eight minutes’ walk of the property.

Uxbridge town centre
Uxbridge town centre can be reached with a ten minute walk across Fray’s River. You’ll find the bustling Pavillion Shopping Centre with high street favourites including Marks & Spencer, TK Maxx, Clarks and Primark. From the centre, you are also within a short walk of Superdrug, Poundland, WHSmith, Boots, H&M and Next.
The town offers a wide range of supermarkets including Tesco Express, Iceland, M&S Food and Sainsbury’s. You’ll find a variety of banking options such as Barclays, Santander, Lloyds and TSB, as well as a truGym, post office, hairdressers, dentist, GP surgery and pharmacy.
There are plenty of restaurants to choose from – the authentic, family run Nonna Rossa provides authentic Italian food in a fine dining atmosphere. Visit Mediterranean restaurant, Chez Melissa, for traditional Greek salad and grilled Koftas or Martin’s Fare for some classic British fare in an intimate setting.

You can also discover a taste of local history by stepping back in time at the Battle of Britain Bunker. During the Second World War, this bunker was where a majority of the RAF’s coordination took place, and you can even see the plotting room in its exact state when Winston Churchill visited on 15 September 1940.

Age UK Hillingdon
Without volunteers, Age UK would not be able to maintain the wide range of vital services they offer within the borough. Volunteering opportunities include; social wellbeing, befriending, retail assistants and more. -
Hillingdon Foodbank
The Hillingdon foodbank has the need for regular volunteers to help with sorting donations at the warehouse, driving, web editing and meeting clients at the main foodbank centre.
Fees and costs
- Small 1.5-bed: £600pcm for sole occupancy or £390pcm per person for couples sharing
- Large 1.5-bed: £660pcm for sole occupancy or £429pcm per person for couples sharing
- 2-bed: £740pcm for sole occupancy or £481pcm per person for couples or two people sharing
- 2.5-bed: £800pcm for sole occupancy or £520pcm per person for couples or two people sharing
- Refundable security payment (equivalent of 5 weeks’ fees): £450-923 depending on the property and how many people are living there
- Fees include council tax but exclude all other bills
- No hidden costs, service charges or admin fees
Dot Dot Dot will undertake a review of our licence fees every twelve months. This includes council tax and utilities, where they are included in the monthly licence fee. In such instances, any increases in council tax and utilities will be passed onto our guardians.
