Outdoor space: You’ll enjoy a green and leafy private garden at the Hounslow properties, and can easily escape the hustle bustle of city life by taking a short walk to Hounslow Heath. Bordering the Richmond Thames at certain points, this local nature reserve spans 200 acres and is great for long woodland walks and wildlife spotting. Kew Gardens, Richmond Park and Syon House are all within driving distance from our properties, and have some of London’s best nature and wildlife on offer.
Parking/bike storage: Each property has a private driveway. Bikes can be stored in the properties or garden.
The high street
The Hounslow properties are conveniently located two minutes from a Sainsbury’s Local. Hounslow’s high street, reached with a fourteen minute walk, offers a wide variety of cuisines: pizza lovers can grab some incredibly delicious vegetarian/vegan fast food at Vegology or you could try Asian fusion dishes at the popular Bombay Wok. Otherwise, stop in at Mawal Garden to be transported to the Mediterranean.
Arts and leisure
There are countless attractions to enjoy in West London. On the high street in Hounslow, the Arts centre puts on theatre performances, community events, and comedy shows for those looking for laughs. In nearby Isleworth, you can visit the Redlees Studio – home to a diverse collective of artists who organise exhibitions and art events for the local and wider communities.
Jump on the bus to Kew Gardens – the perfect place to spend sunny weekends among vibrant flowers and exotic plants. One of London’s most popular attractions, the gardens are home to the largest and most diverse plant collection across the globe.
A 20 minute drive will take you to the stately home Syon House, where you can explore its grand classical interiors and vast art collections. Set in 400 acres of stunning land, you will feel as though you are deep in the countryside rather than 30 minutes from central London.
Richmond Park is also close by and is one of the UK’s top locations for ancient trees and rare breeds of fungi and wild flowers. You will see deer herds roaming freely throughout the park, and it’s a particularly beautiful and eventful spot during early mornings in stag season.

Volunteering opportunities
Dot Dot Dot guardians volunteer at least 16 hours every month for good causes. Here’s a few local volunteering opportunities to get you inspired:
-
Little Village
Little Village organises and distributes donated items to the family they support. Volunteers help to craft beautiful bundles made up of clothes, toys and other child-related items. Join their base on the high street, and start making a difference to children's lives. -
Kew Gardens
Do you love plants? The nearby Kew Gardens has in-person and remote volunteering opportunities. You can help grow their digital collection of plant species, making it accessible to the entire world!
Fees and costs
- 2-bed detached house: £620pcm for sole occupancy, or £403pcm per person for two sharers.
- Refundable security payment (equivalent to five weeks’ fees): £465-£715 depending on how many people are living there.
- Prices exclude council tax and utilities.
- There are no other costs or fees.
