Layout: The flats consist of a double bedroom with a separate living room, kitchen and bathroom and sit within a three storey property on a leafy, residential road. The building is bordered by a well-kept lawn at the front, and there is a spacious shared garden to the back.

Parking/bike storage: You can store your bike inside the property. There is parking available on streets nearby but a permit is needed.

In 5-10 minutes’ walk, you can reach the village highstreet. Here you can reach a Co-op Food, Tesco Express and M&S Simply Food as well as McColl’s convenience store and local greengrocer The Fruit Market for fresh local produce.

From here, you can hike up to the Viewing Point Bench to take in spectacular views of Bourne End and the Chilterns.
