The property
Spaces: Several good-sized double rooms complete with their own sinks and toilets, with plenty of shared shower and bathroom facilities close by. We also have one 1-bed and one 2-bed flat which are both self-contained.
Features and facilities: Also at the property is a large communal lounge with great views overlooking the gardens. There are plenty of dining tables and chairs for coming together to share a meal with your fellow guardians, as well as sofas and armchairs for when you’re looking to relax with a cuppa and a good book. There is also a shared laundry room available, with three washing machines. Wi-Fi is available in the communal areas and there is free parking close by.
Outdoor space: The property offers large garden areas to hang out in in the warmer months. There’s also garden furniture so you can enjoy evenings dining with a friend.
Parking/bike storage: You can find free parking just outside of the property, as well as a bike-storage shed at the back.

You can become a befriender and have regular calls and visits with someone without another support network or help people to complete government forms to ensure that they are accessing the full benefits they are entitled to. Fees and costs
- Double room without an extra storage room: £405pcm.
- Double room with an extra storage room: £470pcm.
- 1-bed flat: £670pcm sole occupancy or £436 per person for a couple sharing.
- 2-bed flat: £885pcm for sole occupancy or £476 per person for a couple sharing.
- Refundable security payment (equivalent of 5 weeks’ fees): from £467-£1,021
- Fees include council tax and utilities (plus WiFi in communal areas).

Dot Dot Dot undertakes a licence fee review every twelve months. Broadly, any increases will be based on the rate of inflation at the time of review, but they will also take into account any specific changes in our costs or in the local market. We also look at changes to council tax rates and utilities. Current guardians will be given at least two month’s notice before their licence fees change and new guardians will not face changes for at least six months.
