The property

Spaces available: Several good-sized double rooms complete with their own sinks and toilets, with plenty of shared shower and bathroom facilities close by. These spaces have the option of an extra room on the same floor that you are free to use as your home office, storage space or another chill out room! We also have one 1-bed and one 2-bed flat which are both self-contained. 

Features and facilities: Also at the property is a large communal lounge with great views overlooking the gardens. There are plenty of dining tables and chairs for coming together to share a meal with your fellow guardians, as well as sofas and armchairs for when you’re looking to relax with a cuppa and a good book. There is also a shared laundry room available, with three washing machines. Wi-Fi is available in the communal areas and there is free parking close by.

Outdoor space: The property offers large garden areas to hang out in in the approaching warmer months. There’s also garden furniture so you can enjoy evenings dining with a friend.

Parking/bike storage: You can find free parking just outside of the property, as well as a bike-storage shed at the back.

Parks and countryside

The property is in a peaceful and leafy location close to the Jubilee Country Park nature reserve and Hawkwood Estate, where you can tread lovely nature trails. You could also plan a day out and discover miles of beautiful scenery and historic villages in Lullingstone Country Park, just 15 minutes’ train ride from Bickley station.

You’re within easy reach of shops and cafes nearby and a Tesco superstore is a five minute drive or 15 minutes by bus. There is also a Sainsbury’s Local, Morrisons and Waitrose a short bus ride away. For coffee lovers, several takeaway cafes are within 10 minutes’ stroll on Southborough Lane.
