The property

In this communal property, the spacious double rooms have their own sink and toilet. Shared shower, and kitchen facilities are nearby, along with a large communal living room and garden. The self-contained flats are complete with private kitchens and bathrooms.

Outdoor space

The property offers large garden areas to hang out in in the warmer months. There’s also garden furniture so you can enjoy evenings dining with a friend. You can find free parking just outside of the property, as well as a bike-storage shed at the back.

The local area

Top tip: Grab a coffee and sweet treat from one of the many cafes on Southborough Lane and take the scenic route back through the Jubilee Country Park.

You’re within easy reach of shops and cafes nearby and a Tesco superstore is a five minute drive or 15 minutes by bus.

Volunteering opportunities

Making a difference to the local and wider community is what we’re all about. Dot Dot Dot guardians volunteer at least 16 hours every month for good causes. You can help Samaritans to deliver their 24-hour emotional support service to callers in many ways, from answering telephones and emails, to fundraising and finance. Near to Bickley, Age UK Bromley & Greenwich offers a befriender service. You can support by having regular calls and visits with their service users.

Doing 16 hours a month as part of my licence agreement makes volunteering part of my weekly routine, and never an “extra” thing that gets squeezed in (or squeezed out). I’ve given time to many organisations and causes close to my heart such as male suicide prevention, community sport and local regeneration."

Licence fee review

Dot Dot Dot undertakes a licence fee review every twelve months. Broadly, any increases will be based on the rate of inflation at the time of review, but they will also take into account any specific changes in our costs or in the local market. We also look at changes to council tax rates and utilities. Current guardians will be given at least two month’s notice before their licence fees change and new guardians will not face changes for at least six months.
