The property
Our self-contained flats are spacious and bedrooms allow plenty of space for a double bed. We house a number of brilliant property guardians in Bromley-by-Bow and Poplar and so our properties have the added advantage of sitting within an existing Dot Dot Dot community.
Outdoor space
Bromley recreation ground is nearby, and within a 10 minute walk, you can escape the bustle of the city with pleasant walks along the River Lea and over the Blue Bridge. From here you can reach Bow Creek Ecology Park and enjoy views across the water to The O2, a large entertainment complex. The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is also 20 minutes’ walk away.
The local area
Walk to Bow high street to explore the Nunnery Gallery, a cafe and free arts venue working to champion emerging local artists. Occupying a former 19th century convent, you can discover the history and heritage of the local area. Close to the River Lea you’ll find Three Mills Island. Here, you can get a coffee from the cafe and explore The Line, London’s first public art walk. Tracing the Greenwich Meridian from The O2 to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, you can discover artwork from the likes of Thomas J Price, Madge Gill and Tracey Emin.

Volunteering opportunities
Making a difference to the local and wider community is what we’re all about. Dot Dot Dot guardians volunteer at least 16 hours every month for good causes. Check out what opportunities Poplar HARCA have on offer to support the community. At Spotlight Youth Centre, you could get involved in outreach support or youth support, front of house, and administration roles.

Licence fee review
Dot Dot Dot undertakes a licence fee review every twelve months. Broadly, any increases will be based on the rate of inflation at the time of review, but they will also take into account any specific changes in our costs or in the local market. We also look at changes to council tax rates and utilities. Current guardians will be given at least two month’s notice before their licence fees change and new guardians will not face changes for at least six months.
Please note that photos on this page represent the range of spaces we manage and do not necessarily depict the space you may move into. You will have an opportunity to see the spaces at a later stage at a group viewing.
