The properties
Our 2-bed detached house is comprised of two double bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, conservatory, bathroom, and separate toilet. There is also an additional room perfect for an office space.
Outdoor space
You’ll enjoy a green and leafy private garden at the Hounslow properties, and can easily escape the hustle bustle of city life by taking a short walk to Hounslow Heath. Bordering the Richmond Thames at certain points, this local nature reserve spans 200 acres and is great for long woodland walks and wildlife spotting. Kew Gardens, Richmond Park and Syon House are all within driving distance from our properties, and have some of London’s best nature and wildlife on offer.
The local area
The Hounslow properties are conveniently located two minutes from a Sainsbury’s Local. Hounslow’s high street, reached with a fourteen minute walk, offers a wide variety of cuisines: pizza lovers can grab some incredibly delicious vegetarian/vegan fast food at Vegology or you could try Asian fusion dishes at the popular Bombay Wok. Otherwise, stop in at Mawal Garden to be transported to the Mediterranean.
There are countless attractions to enjoy in West London. On the high street in Hounslow, the Arts centre puts on theatre performances, community events, and comedy shows for those looking for laughs. In nearby Isleworth, you can visit the Redlees Studio – home to a diverse collective of artists who organise exhibitions and art events for the local and wider communities.
Volunteering opportunities
Making a difference to the local and wider community is what we’re all about, and Dot Dot Dot guardians volunteer at least 16 hours every month for good causes. In Hounslow, you could volunteer with Little Village who distribute donated items to the family they support. Volunteers help to craft beautiful bundles made up of clothes, toys and other child-related items.

Licence fee review
Dot Dot Dot undertakes a licence fee review every twelve months. Broadly, any increases will be based on the rate of inflation at the time of review, but they will also take into account any specific changes in our costs or in the local market. We also look at changes to council tax rates and utilities. Current guardians will be given at least two month’s notice before their licence fees change and new guardians will not face changes for at least six months.
